For Our Learners

Thank you once again for choosing THFI for your training. We know how much time and effort you’ve put into building your future career, and we’re proud of everything you’ve achieved so far.

All THFI courses and contracts officially ended on 31st August 2025, which marked the close of our teaching and submission of assessments.

Awaiting Certificates

If you have completed your course and awaiting certificates please bear with us, as due to volumes this is taking longer than usual. We are endeavouring to get these to you as fast as possible.

If you already hold a certificate, please make sure you keep a copy. For replacement certificates or verification, contact the awarding organisation directly.

Continuing Your Qualification

If you weren’t able to finish before the official end date, the progress you’ve made doesn’t have to go to waste.

You may be able to continue your studies with another approved training provider. To assist with this, you can download a copy of your progress report and completed coursework from the THFI learning platform.

If you choose to continue your learning with another provider, please ensure that you download all your completed materials and share them with your new provider. Please note that fees may vary depending on the services offered and the status of your completed coursework.

A few important points to remember:

Any continuation will be a new contract directly between you and your new provider.

Whether your progress is accepted is up to your new provider and/or the awarding organisation. THFI cannot guarantee transfer or recognition.

Each awarding organisation has its own policies for recognising prior achievement, so please confirm with both your new provider and the awarding body how your THFI progress may be applied.

Access to Your Records

Access to the learner portal, coursework, and communications will end on 31st December 2025 as part of the closure process.

Final Deadline

Please download and save all records you need before this date. After the deadline:

Any materials not retrieved may be permanently lost.

Learner data held by THFI will be securely deleted in line with our Privacy Policy and data protection requirements.

Learner Enquiries

Our learner support inbox is now checked only occasionally. Replies may take longer than usual, and we will stop providing support after 31st October 2025. After that point, no further responses will be possible.
